My project area is located in Maltepe coastal filling area. This area consists of a filling area by the sea, coastal road, Marmaray and a residential area on the upper part. There are water sports area, open sports fields, plant areas, park, sports fields, festival areas, green areas and parking lot for the users in the coastal filling area. This area is frequented by people of all ages. It is an area where transportation networks are quite dense, it is located on railway and highway lines, there is also sea transportation nearby, and transportation is easy.
